MAX MFG. vertical boat and pontoon/ tritoon lifts and are a blend of heavy gauge aluminum rigidity with innovative design features in a lift that is all about quality and value. Features like a "V" shaped carriage for low water level capability, welded full-side frames for exceptional strength versus other "kit-lifts", stainless steel cables, vinyl over aluminum premium bunks, grease zerks with a Nylatron pulleys, and the standard 54 in. adjustable legs set these lifts apart from all the others in its price range. All lifts come in a standard 122" beam (inside) width. Manufactured in Jackson, Michigan and backed by a 2/5/10 year warranty for peace of mind- 2 years on cables, 5 years on winch, 10 years on lift frame.

We do our best to keep our website up to date on current price for quick self-reference ballpark budgeting, however due to market volatility, all prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices shown (unless otherwise noted) are for bare, unassembled lifts and will vary based on your specific options (bunks, guides, motors, etc.) plus labor/ delivery.

TO QUOTE A BOAT LIFT FOR YOU, WE NEED TO KNOW:

-YOUR EXACT BOAT MODEL?:  We verify every single boat weight/ dimensions before quoting, so we must have the EXACT model (there can be a HUGE weight variance between models, so simply saying 23 ft. pontoon from brand X isn't enough. For example, we need 2018 Bennington 23 SLX performance tube pontoon with 150 hp or 2023 Bennington RX25 Quad Bench tritoon with fixed arch tower (25 RXFBA) with ESP performance package and 450 hp outboard and or or 2021 Harris 230 Solstice tritoon w/ 200 hp outboard, etc.) If you have an outboard engine, you'll have to add that weight separately & let us know if you included that- MFG boat specs online almost never factor that into dry weight since the dealer can outfit it with a variety of HP sizes.

-Canopy?: If you want a canopy- canopies should be 2-3' longer than the overall length of the boat. For example, if you have a 22' pontoon the stated length generally is the fenced area only, but typically is about 24-26 ft. true OAL with front/ rear deck, the toons & outboard, which requires 26-28' canopy. Boats with swim decks are generally similar, a V-hull boat listed at 24' is typically about 25.5-26ft' overall, which would require a 28' canopy, however SOME do include the swim deck in the stated model length (Yamaha jet boats for example).

-Lake Address?: We look at each delivery address on Google Maps Satellite view prior to quoting to help determine delivery options. We will NOT haul a fully-assembled lift beyond a 3 hour radius or across multiple state lines, or we can haul a brand new, unassembled lift package further (at a minimum of $100 per hour of round-trip drive time plus unloading time), but not assembled. If we cannot drive our truck and specialized trailer through your yard to your shoreline unobstructed with a fully assembled lift (this requires semi-SIZED access and turning radius, but is not an actual semi), we'll need to know that as well (lift would have to be dropped a nearby access lot or boat ramp to be barged in for additional $$$ and lead time)- pictures of your yard/ street can be helpful in determining options.

Power Source?: If you want a motorized lift, we'll need to know if you'll need a solar kit & batteries for DC power, or if you have 110V AC, 20 Amp GFCI-protected power available within a maximum of 150 ft. of extension cord length (i.e. an 80 ft dock can easily require more than 150 ft. of cord depending on your outlet location).

MAX StorDry deep-coverage canopies are built with extra rigid frame extrusions and bows, with a much deeper frame than the competition, providing far greater supported coverage for your boat with less wind strain on the fabric itself. This allows for the boat to tuck up into the canopy to better guard against blowing rain and sunlight exposure, rather than merely sitting under the competition's shallow canopies like an umbrella. The unique slide-rail tensioning bracket allows for customized annual tensioning of the canopy from one end which makes for a more appealing looking and tight canopy - no more baggy canopies flopping around in the wind, which also helps extend the life of the vinyl by reducing wind-whip.

The vinyl cover we use is a premium aftermarket cover made of the sameShelter-Rite 18oz PVC coated fabric with heat-welded seams and double layered reinforcements sewn into the corners that MAX OEM uses, though it is a fraction of the price and has a better bungee system in our opinion. Very easy to install with the integrated 'quick-lash' webbing sewn into the entire perimeter of the canopy and provided bungees which hook into the canopy bows. Gray and Tan are by far our most popular canopy color options- less heat, less sun fade, and less of the unsightly and inevitable bird poop showing on top!  The standard 12" valence (measured starting at the bottom of the side frame rails) provides a whopping 39" of coverage to the top of the peak, or upgrade to 18" valence with zippered-end for roughly 45" of maximum coverage, yet allowing wake boat towers and tall pontoon seats to pass through for easy in/out, especially for customers on extremely wavy lakes or with heavy seasonal lake level variations!

For canopy sizing: Physically measure the overall length of your boat if it is available, including the outboard motor or swim deck, then add 2-3 feet to that number to get the proper canopy size. If your boat is not on hand to measure, take the stated length of the boat and add 2 feet for the outboard motor or rear swim deck on I/O boats, then add 2-3 feet to that number.

For example, most manufacturers don't include the outboard or swim deck, therefore a "210" boat is typically actually 23 feet or so and require a 26 ft. canopy, and a "265" boat would typically actually be around 28.5 feet overall and would be a tight squeeze on a 30 ft. canopy.

We only recommend gray or tan for covers! Gray is about 75% of what we sell, it is neutral to most boat color schemes, shows the least bird poop and least noticable fading, tan makes up 20% and is what people typically choose to match the boat interior wh

SUPERIOR Poly Vinyl/ Aluminum Bunks

SUPERIOR is our own brand which is made to our specs and will not rot or break causing the hassle of having to replace traditional carpeted wood bunks in the middle of the season! The vinyl is much more gentle on your boat versus carpet, which traps sediment and turns itself into sandpaper and holds moisture, rotting the wood prematurely! Our 5,000 lb. capacity lift packages above include one pair of 12' SUPERIOR bunks with 18" brackets- for V-hull boats bowriders, I/O cruisers).

Note: For pontoons you will need (2) sets of bunks and for tri-toons (3) sets. Pontoons/ tri-toons over 25' long would greatly benefit from 14' bunks for additional support!

Boat Lift/ Boat Hoist Motor Options

Lift Tech 110V Motor (Keyed)

Lift Tech 24V Motor (Keyed)

Lift Tech 20 Ft. Corded Remote Control To Hang In Lift Canopy

Lift Tech Direct-Drive Electric Motors

Lift Tech direct-drive motors set the standard for 'electric boat lifts' as many people call them. Some brands offer integrated motor options from the factory (nearly every major brand utilizes LiftTech motors in some form inside of their integrated winch boxes), typically at a greatly inflated price with the only benefit being a slightly cleaner look. If the motor ever has an issue, that may mean replacing the entire winch and motor (or at least requiring any work to be done by a qualified brand dealer representative due to complexity) which can be very expensive.

The preferred alternative is to add a stand-alone Lift Tech motor to any standard boat lift with a manual crank winch, which can be added in less than an hour, or swapped out by just about anyone in 20 minutes with a ratchet and wrench. Motors can be added at the time of purchase, or anytime later if you give the manual winch a shot and decide that cranking your boat up and down 4 times a day on the weekend is not your favorite thing to do. These motors can handle any boat lift capacity up to 7,000lbs.

***When purchasing with a Max Boat/ Pontoon Lift Combo (above), subtract $326 from any MAX 5,000 lb. lift combo price, or $310 from any MAX 6,000 lb. lift combo price (you don't need the manual crank wheel when buying with a direct drive motor, these replace the wheel on the winch box)***

SUPERIOR Universal Vertical Guide-Ons (HD-VGOs)

SUPERIOR HD Vertical Guide-Ons (HD-VGOs)

Our own design of universal vertical boat guides is a simple, effective way to guide and protect your boat into your boat lift/ hoist, while taking up the least amount of width for boats with a tight clearance. These are sold in a set of four 4' HD aluminum tubes with simple mounting brackets and 4' PVC roller-sleeves for easy PVC replacement over the years.

Some customers opt to use TWO SETS of four guides to line the side of the lift as well, one set will keep your boat off of the 4 corner posts of the lift, but will not prevent the bow from sticking out the side and hitting the lift frame or dock if you get REALLY crooked upon entry, hence the second set along the side of the cradle.

The vertical design ensures that the guides should make contact with your boat's rub rail first, unlike horizontal full-length guides often miss the rub rail and end up rubbing against and damaging the gel coat on your hull or snagging strakes on your pontoons of your boat if they are not properly adjusted, or if you hit waves while entering the lift. Due to the modular design, the individual components are easy to replace if you end up coming in too fast and bend or break one.

Universal mounting with the provided galvanized steel U-bolts, backing plates and Nylock nuts fits any brand of 2"x5" or 2"x6" cradle beams.

SUPERIOR HD Vertical Guide-Ons (Set of 4 Poles/ Brackets)- $399 plus 6% tax

Max Premier Poly/Aluminum Guide-Ons

Max Premier Poly/Aluminum Walk-On Guide-Ons

Premier Poly/ Aluminum Walk-On Guide-Ons angle out to guide your precious boat safely into the lift and will help to correctly center the boat on the bunks when properly adjusted to your boat's height and width. Once your boat is safely parked and lifted out of the water, the walk-on guide-ons provide a fantastic step to safely get in and out of V-hull boats via the two modular steps (one 3 ft. step per side). The 14 ft. model with 3 vertical bumpers provides the best protection for your V-hull boat, traditional horizontal guides will do damage to your gel coat but will prevent potentially greater damage from hitting the lift or dock- these have 3 verticals per side to help hit your rub rail first, while the horizontals fill in the gaps to avoid getting super crooked and having the nose of your boat poke into the side of the lift or the dock, while still being quite safe for your gel coat and providing a place to mount the integrated steps.

Fits Max VL Model Boat Lifts- 3,500# to 7,000# Weight Capacity.

14 ft. Premier Poly/ Aluminum Walk-On Guide-Ons For V-Hull Boats (54" Uprights w/ Gusset Brace) Horizontal/ Vertical Hybrid Guides with 3 Vertical Bumpers To Hit Rub Rails & 1 Modular 3' Step, 1 Angled Wing Per Side - $2,280 plus tax

12 ft. Premier Poly/ Aluminum Walk-On Guide-Ons For Pontoons (38" Uprights) Horizontal/ Vertical Hybrid Guides with 1 Vertical Bumper & 1 Modular 3' Step, 1 Angled-Wing Per Side - $1,710 plus tax

SUPERIOR Boat Guides & Boat Lift Step-Over

SUPERIOR PGO Guides w/ SUPERIOR Tritoon Bunks

SUPERIOR PGO Guides w/ MAX Tritoon Bunks

SUPERIOR (Mostly) Universal Pontoon/ Boat Guides & Boat Lift Step

Our 12' horizontal guide-ons come with U-bolt brackets that fit either a 2"x5" or 2"x6" cradle beam size on your existing boat lift, with slider tabs that bolt to the upright tubes, allowing you to adjust the position of the uprights based on your lift. Horizontal guides are best for pontoons/ tritoons since they contact on the pontoons, which are narrower than the deck so it retains more width versus vertical guides due to the extra width gained versus vertical bumpers hitting the wider rub rail area. It also prevents the nose of the pontoon from hitting the side of the lift or dock if you get halfway in and get crooked.

Horizontal guides will likely cause some damage when rubbing on gel-coat (primarily V-hull boats), but generally still less damage than carpeted-wood guides or not having any guides at all. However, vertical guides are preferred on V-hull, since they contact the rub rail, especially when in wavy parking conditions.

Our boat lift step comes with the same U-bolt brackets that the side guides come with, and have two hole options which allow it to fit either a 2"x5" or a 2"x6" side cradle beam. The boat lift step WILL NOT WORK on Shore Station Brand lifts or any other brand which has a horizontal bar on the side of the lift frame itself- it requires a V-cut lift frame (the outer boat lift frame itself, not the cradle, like the photos above) on the dock side to avoid interference as the step travels up and down with the cradle, depending on your exact lift, you still may have some interference with your V frame and may have to mount on the inside of the cradle, causing the step to be closer to the boat and could cause boat damage due to a collision-use at your own risk or add full length horizontal guides). The vertical mounting tubes measure 32" tall, and has 20" of space between the angled support gussets and the bottom of the tube, so theoretically you can have 12-13" of vertical adjustability depending on the size of your lift cradle. The TITAN gray composite tread is 1'x3' and provides a grippy surface for confident loading and unloading.

SUPERIOR PGO Poly/ Aluminum 12' Horizontal Pontoon/ Boat Guide-Ons $537 plus 6% tax

SUPERIOR Boat Lift Step-Over (Aluminum Frame w/ Titan Composite Tread)  $314 plus 6% tax

Max Premier Bow Stop

Max Premier Bow Stop

The Max Premier Bow Stop allows you to safely position your ski boat perfectly on the bunks to prevent pulling too far forward inside the lift and smashing your expensive prop and driveshaft on the lift cradle's frame if you get bumped too far by a wave, though they are not meant to be an intentional bumper! A good safety measure for your top-of-the-line ski/ wakeboard boat, but does add considerable off-balance weight to the lift which makes seasonal installation and removal trickier if you float or wheel the lift & needs to be factored into total weight capacity. An alternative option which does not add weight to the lift is to auger two extra long vertical poles with PVC sleeves over the top, augured after your boat is on the lift each year for proper positioning- some people may choose to connect the two poles with a traditional- dock crossmember to add some strength, others may prefer the poles to gently flex outward.

Max Premier Bow Stop- $910 plus tax
